Free Phoenix היא כלי לתמיכה ולמעקב אישי בתהליך גמילה מקנביס, ולא תחליף לטיפול רפואי או נפשי. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה לתנאים האלה.
אזהרה רפואית
האפליקציה אינה מכשיר רפואי, ואינה מספקת אבחנה, טיפול או ייעוץ רפואי. המידע בה, כולל ציר ההחלמה, מבוסס על מקורות שמצוינים באפליקציה, אבל כל אדם שונה. תסמיני גמילה קשים, מצוקה נפשית או כל בעיה רפואית מחייבים פנייה לרופא או לאיש מקצוע.
גיל
האפליקציה מיועדת לבני 18 ומעלה.
תקופת ניסיון ורכישה
- 10 הימים הראשונים חינמיים, עם כל התוכן.
- אחריהם, חלק מהתוכן נפתח רק ברכישה חד פעמית של הגרסה המלאה. אין מנוי ואין חיובים חוזרים.
- הרכישה מתבצעת דרך חנות האפליקציות, וכפופה לתנאים שלה. החזרי כסף מטופלים על ידי החנות לפי המדיניות שלה.
- אפשר לשחזר רכישה קודמת במסך ההגדרות, עם אותו חשבון של החנות.
המידע שלכם
כל המידע שאתם מזינים נשמר רק בטלפון שלכם, כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות. אתם אחראים לשמור עליו. מידע שנמחק, כולל במחיקת האפליקציה או בשכחת קוד הנעילה, לא ניתן לשחזר.
תוכן וקניין רוחני
האיורים, הטקסטים, שאלות הטריוויה ושאר התוכן שייכים לבעלי האפליקציה. מותר להשתמש בהם לשימוש אישי בלבד. המידע המדעי מצוטט ממקורות חיצוניים, שמופיעים לצדו.
הגבלת אחריות
האפליקציה מסופקת כמות שהיא (AS IS). אנחנו עושים מאמץ שהמידע בה יהיה מדויק ושהיא תעבוד בלי תקלות, אבל לא מבטיחים זאת, ולא מבטיחים תוצאה מסוימת בתהליך הגמילה. במידה המותרת בחוק, לא נהיה אחראים לנזק שנגרם מהשימוש באפליקציה או מאובדן מידע.

Medical disclaimer
The app is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. Its information, including the recovery timeline, is based on the sources cited in the app, but every person is different. Severe withdrawal symptoms, emotional distress or any medical concern call for a doctor or a professional.
Age
The app is intended for people aged 18 and over.
Free trial and purchase
- The first 10 days are free, with all content.
- After that, part of the content opens only with a one-time purchase of the full version. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
- Purchases are made through the app store and are subject to its terms. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy.
- You can restore a previous purchase in Settings, with the same store account.
Your data
Everything you enter is stored only on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping it. Deleted data, including when the app is deleted or the passcode is forgotten, cannot be restored.
Content and intellectual property
The illustrations, texts, trivia questions and other content belong to the app's owners and may be used for personal use only. Scientific information is cited from external sources shown next to it.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". We make an effort to keep its information accurate and the app free of errors, but we do not guarantee this, nor any particular outcome in quitting. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by using the app or by loss of data.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. A material change will be announced in the app.

Prueba gratuita y compra
- Los primeros 10 días son gratuitos, con todo el contenido.
- Después, parte del contenido solo se abre con una compra única de la versión completa. No hay suscripción ni cargos recurrentes.
- La compra se hace a través de la tienda de aplicaciones y está sujeta a sus condiciones. Los reembolsos los gestiona la tienda según su política.
- Puedes restaurar una compra anterior en Ajustes, con la misma cuenta de la tienda.
Tus datos
Todo lo que introduces se guarda solo en tu teléfono, como se describe en la Política de privacidad. Eres responsable de conservarlo. Los datos borrados, incluso al eliminar la app u olvidar el código de bloqueo, no se pueden recuperar.
Contenido y propiedad intelectual
Las ilustraciones, los textos, las preguntas de trivia y el resto del contenido pertenecen a los propietarios de la app y solo pueden usarse para uso personal. La información científica se cita de fuentes externas, que aparecen junto a ella.
Limitación de responsabilidad
La app se ofrece «tal cual». Nos esforzamos para que su información sea precisa y para que funcione sin errores, pero no lo garantizamos, ni garantizamos ningún resultado concreto en el proceso de dejarlo. En la medida en que lo permita la ley, no seremos responsables de daños causados por el uso de la app o por la pérdida de datos.
